Welcome to StitchLift. By accessing or using our website and AI pattern generation service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

StitchLift provides AI-powered sewing pattern generation from text descriptions and images. Our service creates multi-size patterns exportable to A0, A4, and US Letter formats.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models
• Exceed rate limits or attempt to overload our systems
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of text descriptions and images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them for pattern generation.

Generated Patterns: You own the patterns you generate. Free-tier patterns include a StitchLift watermark. Paid-tier patterns are watermark-free.

Our Service: The StitchLift platform, AI models, and brand are our intellectual property.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Free Plan: Limited to 20 patterns lifetime, 2 per month with basic export
• Creator Plan ($34/mo): Unlimited patterns, all export formats, no watermark
• Studio Plan ($49/mo): Everything in Creator plus team features and priority processing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.

7. Limitation of Liability

StitchLift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Errors in generated patterns (always verify before cutting fabric)
• Loss of data or patterns
• Indirect or consequential damages

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
